Blue Ridge Bobcats Fans Support Mount Rogers Community Services

Staff from Mount Rogers Community Services and the Blue Ridge Bobcats show off some of the stuffed animals donated by fans.

We love teddy bears! And other stuffed animals to include huge dragons, Pokemon characters, unicorns, and all others.

A huge thank you to the Blue Ridge Bobcats and their fans for donating 1,152 stuffed animals to us after their annual “Teddy Bear Toss” at Hitachi Arena on Dec. 13.

These stuffed animals will make a meaningful impact throughout the year:

• As Christmas gifts to children who might not otherwise receive one and throughout the year.

• Offering comfort to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Bringing reassurance and joy to our geriatric homes.
