Mount Rogers Community Services can provide transportation for many of our services. Eligibility requirements for transportation services vary by program
Health Access Support
Health Access Support offers individuals a resource to access medical and behavioral health appointments with reliability and confidentiality. Transportation support is offered for qualifying individuals utilizing Logisticare approved vehicles operated by Mount Rogers employees who have completed all training requirements.
Substance Use Services
Transportation assistance to and from Substance Use Disorder treatment services can be made available to individuals who meet the criteria.
Title VI Nondiscrimination
