Crisis Management
Mount Rogers Community Services provides office, community, and residential services for mental health and substance use crises. Crisis services are available for both children and adults. If you or someone you know is currently experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis, please call the 24-hour crisis hotline at 1-866-589-0265.
Crisis Care Center
Crisis Care Centers provide crisis intervention, crisis stabilization in the community, and ambulatory detox to adults. A living room model replaces the emergency department with a relaxing environment. Individuals can access the Crisis Care Center any time, without an appointment

Emergency Services
If a person is a danger to themselves or others, trained pre-screeners meet with the individual to determine the right level of care to provide safety. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis, please call the 24-hour crisis hotline at 1-866-589-0265.
Rhea B. Lawrence Recovery Center
An 8-bed mental health and substance use (detox) facility located in Marion. This short-term residential program is designed to prevent hospitalizations.
Positive Alternatives to Hospitalization (PATH)
PATH provides an alternative to hospitalization for children experiencing a mental health crisis. PATH utilizes both residential and mobile services.
