Mount Rogers Community Services provides office, community, and residential services for mental health and substance use crises. Crisis services are available for both children and adults. Crisis Care Center
A 23-hour model in Smyth County (Marion) that provides crisis intervention, crisis stabilization in the community, and ambulatory detox to adults. A living room model replaces the emergency department with a relaxing environment. Individuals can access the Crisis Care Center any time, without an appointment.

Rhea B. Lawrence Recovery Center
An 8-bed mental health and substance use (detox) facility located in Marion. This short-term residential program is designed to prevent hospitalizations.
Positive Alternatives to Hospitalization (PATH)
PATH provides an alternative to hospitalization for children experiencing a mental health crisis. PATH utilizes both residential and mobile services.
