Wellness can mean different things to different people. For some, it means staying active, eating healthy foods, or going to doctor’s visits.

For others, it means feeling calm, lowering stress, spending time with others, or taking care of mental health.

Real wellness means caring for your whole self. This includes your mind, body, and soul.

That’s why we’re excited to invite you to this year’s 5 Bridges of Wellness Fair at Hungry Mother State Park!

This free, family-friendly event is all about health, healing, and helping our community grow stronger together. Maybe you want to feel healthier, learn something new, or enjoy a fun day with family and friends. There is something here for everyone.

More than 100 Vendors

Explore over 100 local wellness vendors! They will be offering helpful resources, activities, and services to support healthy and happy lives.

Guests can enjoy free food, music, games, giveaways, and fun activities. All will focus on self-care and wellness.

Kids and families can enjoy games and face painting, while adults can learn new ways to support their physical, emotional, and mental health. Plus, Hungry Mother State Park will offer 50% off boat rides during the fair!

At Mount Rogers, we believe communities are stronger when people have support, connection, and access to helpful resources.

Join us for a day of wellness, fun, peace, and community. We can’t wait to see you there!
