Same Day Access hours are available every weekday at Counseling Center sites in order to provide quick and easy access to services. 8:30-10:30 a.m. are ideal times to arrive as staff are dedicated to be available to begin intakes during these times. We can accommodate need for afternoon or evening hours. Call the Counseling Center site nearest you to make arrangements. Please note that an intake can take approximately 2 hours.
For crisis (emergent) or urgent needs, you can walk-in or call one of our Crisis Care Centers and participate in a screening or a comprehensive assessment to get you involved in the right service at the right time.
We can accommodate your schedule if you call the counseling center site and make that request.
We do bill many insurances and can review your insurance information at your initial appointment. However, you may also call the number on your card and speak with your insurance company to obtain a list of in-network providers.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
